Council on Assessment

Chaired by the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs-Teaching and Assessment, the Council is composed of the chairs of the Assessment Advisory Committees of each school. The Council, supported by the CTAAR, assists schools and departments as they develop and implement their assessment plans, and as they use the results of their assessments to facilitate change.

The Council meets regularly throughout the academic year, and sets deadlines for the revision of assessment plans and the conduct of assessments themselves.There are three types of assessment reports filed by two annual reporting deadlines, January 20 and May 25; Assessment Plan Updates, Assessment Results, and Implementation Reports. These reports are filed by the Chair of the Assessment Advisory Committee of each School.
